SBS Based Contact Adhesive
NEOFIL S10 is a single component synthetic rubber based adhesive that contains special tackyfier and special additives.
NEOFIL S10 is specifically formulated for being compatible with many of the substrates. It has excellent film forming nature that provides constant bonding to most surfaces.
NEOFIL S10 is supplied in 5 Liter and 20 Liter cans.
Coverage: Approximately 2 m2/Liter at 150-250 microns thickness
Store NEOFIL S10 at temperatures of +10°C to +40°C for maximum storage life. Rotate stock on a “first in – first” out basis. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacturing in unopened container

Stir NEOFIL S10 thoroughly before use.
Apply NEOFIL S10 with brush, roller or pressure feeding equipment evenly on both surfaces and wait until solvent has evaporated fully. After the evaporation in solvent in the adhesive, assemble the surface by applying normal hand pressure.
Tools and equipment should be cleaned with SOLVENTE10 immediately after use.
Remove dust, loose particles, grease and traces of foreign materials which may affect the adhesion. Remove all traces of curing compound films and shuttering oil. Do not use paint remover or solvent to clean the surface.
During application, wear appropriate protective clothing, goggles, gloves and respiratory equipment if necessary.
In case of contact with skin, rinse with water and again wash thoroughly with soap and water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice accordingly.
If ingested, obtain medical attention immediately. Do not induce.
