Product Description

ARMATUREA PA is an aliphatic polyaspartic coating based on new polyurea technology specifically formulated for use as a topcoat over existing epoxy floors or as a stand-alone floor coating.

ARMATUREA PA can be applied on substrates with temperatures ranging from 5°C to 65°C as it is very insensitive to moisture. This product displays excellent UV weathering characteristics and is extremely color stable. As a topcoat, ARMATUREA PA will provide added UV protection and durability to epoxy floors and other flooring systems.

Shelf Life & Storage

ARMATUREA PA should be stored in original, unopened factory containers, under normal storage conditions of 15° C to 35° C. In these conditions,
prouct shelf life is 12 months from the date of production. Keep away from extreme heat, freezing and moisture.

Application Information
Instructions for use

Application

ARMATUREA PA must be spray applied using approved
equipment. Please contact Colmef for separate guidelines
based on your required system and substrate.

Cleaning

Clean equipment immediately after use. Cured product may
be disposed of without restriction. The un-cured isocyanate
and resin portions should be disposed of according to local
government regulations.

Surface Preparation

The surface of the substrate shall be sound, clean and uncontaminated.

This preparation shall be such as to leave a sound expose surface free from dust, loose particles and any deleterious matter. If the surface is defective or has laitance, it must be cut back to a sound base.

New concrete or cementitious surfaces should be at least 28 days old and have moisture content not exceeding 5%. Old or existing surface should be refurbished mechanically to ensure clear and sound substrate.

Additional Information
Health & Safety

All body parts should be covered and activated charcoal respirators or forced-air breathing apparatus are necessary for safe application of this product. Keep uncured product away from children at all times. All personnel should read and understand the safety recommendations stated in the Material Safety Data Sheet.

GENERAL PURPOSE NON-SHRINK CEMENTITIOUS GROUT

Uses
ESPOCEM GP is cementitious grout supplied in dry powder. When water is added non – shrink grout is produced that can fill gap up to 20 cm. It can be used for the following:
