Gypsum Based Plaster for Thickness Up to 6mm
RASANTE G-10 is a gypsum based powder product, modified with additives and special synthetic resins which gives the product excellent characteristics of adhesion to the support and easy workability.

RASANTE G-10 is supplied in 40kg multilayer bags.
Consumption:
1.2 - 1.4 Kg/m2 per millimeter of thickness
Storage:
Store in dry covered place in the original closed bags. In these conditions, the product shelf life is 6 months from the date of production.

Surface preparation
The substrate should be free of loose particles, dust, dirt, grease, oil or paint. Before applying RASANTE G-10 saturate the surface with water and wait for the evaporation of excess water before applying the mix.
Mixing
To prepare the mixture, pour a clean water into a container and add RASANTE G-10, with ratio 45-50%, (a bag of 40 Kg and about 18-20 Liters of water), then mix with a mixer at low number of turns, till you get a homogeneous paste free from clots.
The mixture remains workable for about 40 minutes after mixing.
Application
RASANTE G-10 must be applied in a single layer of thickness up to 6mm using a smooth steel trowel.
Applied material should be sponged and finished off with a damp steel trowel to achieve a smooth finish. Apply a thickness not more than 6mm and do not apply any top coat before RASANTE G-10 layer dried completely. The product does not require any curing with water.
Cleaning
Tools and equipment should be cleaned with water immediately after use. Hardened materials should be mechanically removed.
RASANTE G-10 is a gypsum-based product. During application, wear appropriate protective clothing, goggles, gloves and respiratory equipment if necessary.
In case of contact with skin, rinse with water and again wash thoroughly with soap and water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice accordingly.
If ingested, obtain medical attention immediately. Do not induce vomiting.
