General Purpose Flowable Epoxy Grout
Three components solvent based epoxy grout consisting of base (A), hardener (B) and graded filler (C). When mixed together, the product becomes self leveling, free flow grout. It is designed for grouting of gap widths of 10-50mm.
Should be used in situation where heavy dynamic loads exist, high bearing and mechanical strengths are required, or high chemical resistance is needed.
n Packaging:
The product supplied in a three-component 30kg kit.
n Consumption:
Approximately 15L per 30kg kit.
n Storage:
Keep the product in dry, covered conditions at 25ºC. In these conditions, product stability is 12 months from date of manufacturing.

Surface Preparation
Concrete must be cured for a minimum of 21 days. All surfaces must be clean, sound, uncontaminated, free from oil, grease, water, paints and dust. Unsound concrete must be removed. Compressive strength of the concrete should not be less than 25 Mpa.
Concrete surface must be totally dry when the mixed product is poured as wet surface might cause debonding between concrete and the grout.
Steel surfaces should be free of rust. Sand blasting or grinding is recommended.
Formwork, if needed, must be well braced, leak proof, strong and will fixed as EPOGROUT GP product is free flowing grout.
Anchor bolt holes should be clean of all dust, dirt and should be dry.
Priming
Cleaned steel surface should be protected using PRIMER POXY FF only when there is a long delay in pouring the mix to avoid a chance of rusting of the surface.
Mixing
EPOGROUT GP is supplied in a pre-measured packing. Partial mixing should not be allowed under any condition.
Start mixing by pouring hardener B into base A, the two components must be well mixed to ensure proper chemical reaction.
Use a slow speed drill fitted with suitable paddle to mix the product at low number of turns (200 – 300 rpm).
Mix for few minutes till a homogeneous mixture is obtained, then add component C (filler/aggregate) and mix for 2 – 3 minutes until you get a uniform color mixture.
Application
Start pouring the grout from one side to eliminate air entrapment, the placement of the grout must be continuous. EPOGROUT GP should be used immediately after mixing the components and during the working time of the mix.
Cleaning
All used tools should be cleaned with SOLVENTE 10 before the product cures. Hardened material should be removed mechanically.
Recommendations
n Do not apply EPOGROUT GP if the temperature is less than 5⁰C.
n Partial mixing of the product components should not be allowed under any conditions.
n Extra care should be taken when applying at high temperature as pot life of the mixed product will shorten automatically.
n It is recommended to shade the working area while mixing and placing EPOGROUT GP.
Wear protective gloves and goggles during application. This product contains chemicals which may be potentially harmful to your health if not used properly. It is strongly recommended to read the material safety data sheets for proper storage and to observe precautions.
If contact with skin or eyes happen, use resin cream to remove it from skin followed by clean water, do not use solvent. In case of contact with eyes, use clean water and seek medical consultation.
