Line Marking Coating for Traffic
EPOFLOOR LM is a specially formulated fast drying line marking paint that can be applied in one coat for marking lines on concrete, asphalt, epoxy or polyurethane surfaces. EPOFLOOR LM paint is based on modified chlorinated rubber hybrid.
Packaging:
The product supplied in 4 Liter and 15 Liter cans
Consumption:
Approximately 5-6m2/Liter for 100 micron, (dry) depending on the surface conditions and method of application.
Storage:
Keep the product in tightly closed containers stored in dry covered place, at a temperature not less that +5°C and not more than +35°C. Under these conditions, the product will have a shelf life of 12 months.

Surface preparation
The surface should be sound, clean, dry and free from loose material, laitance, dirt, oil, grease or any other contaminants. If needed, wash the surface with detergent and then with clean water. Allow to dry completely before application. Do not use solvent to clean the surface before applying the product.
Mixing
Mix the contents of the container thoroughly for 1 minute before application. Do not add any kind of solvents.
Application
EPOFLOOR LM can be applied with brush, roller or airless spray gun. It may be needed to dilute the product with 5 to 10% SOLVENTE 10, if airless spray gun is used. The nozzle tip of the gun should be from 4-6mm. Apply the paint with a pressure of 30-40 psi.
Apply EPOFLOOR LM at a rate of 5m²/Liter (200 microns wet). If another coat is needed to build up the thickness, then apply the second coat of the applied coating while it is still wet.
Cleaning
Clean tools with SOLVENTE 10 promptly before material hardens. Cured material must be mechanically removed.
Recommendation
During application, wear appropriate protective clothing, goggles, gloves and respiratory equipment if necessary.
In case of contact with skin, rinse with water and again wash thoroughly with soap and water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice accordingly.
If ingested, obtain medical attention immediately. Do not induce vomiting.
