Low Viscosity Epoxy Injection Resin
BETOPOXY 200 is a fluid epoxy resin, composed of two components that must be mixed before use. After mixing, BETOPOXY 200 transforms into a very fluid mixture that can be injected either with special equipment or by dropping in cracks and micro-cracks. It can also be used as an adhesive for grouting and structural gluing.
BETOPOXY 200 is solvent free and has good dielectric properties, which provides the steel reinforcement with cathodic protection.
Packaging:
BETOPOXY 200 is supplied as 1 Liter and 4 Liter Kits.
Consumption:
1.1kg / 1 liter of cavity to fill.
Storage:
It must be kept in dry sealed containers and in dry environment; in these conditions the product will have a shelf life of 12 months.

Surface Preparation
The support must be perfectly dry, solid, free from inconsistent parts, dust, grease, etc.
Mortar and new concrete must be cured for at least 2 weeks.
Running water must be stopped by using suitable material like MUREX, a rapid setting water plug mortar.
Mixing
Pour component B (hardener) into component A (resin) and mix carefully, with an electric mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Application
BETOPOXY 200 should be applied with standard injecting equipment having closed containers. The Injection Pressure should be at least 3 bar. Use injecting packers which must be inserted into predrilled holes along the length of the crack. The distance between packers depends on the crack’s width and depth.
After fixing packers use epoxy mortar to seal between packers to allow the resin to penetrate from one point to the next.
For crack injection, it is recommended to assign the job to an injection specialist. In case of partial mixing, maintain the proportions in volume.
For horizontal cracks pour the product directly. For ceiling and cracks bonding apply the product using a roller or brush.
Cleaning
Tools and equipment should be cleaned using SOLVENTE 10 immediately after use. Hardened material should be removed mechanically.
Recommendations
During application, wear appropriate protective clothing, goggles, gloves and respiratory equipment if necessary.
In case of contact with skin, rinse with water and again wash thoroughly with soap and water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice accordingly.
If ingested, obtain medical attention immediately. Do not induce vomiting.
