Fairing Coat Solvent Free Epoxy Mortar (3mm – 10mm)
EPOFINISH C is a solvent free, two components, easily workable epoxy mortar EPOFINISH C is based on a combination of epoxy resin and specially selected fillers.
EPOFINISH C is Thixotropic and suitable for bedding, gap filling, concrete repair and for leveling minor imperfection in concrete surfaces between up to 10mm.
Packaging:
EPOFINISH C is supplied in 8 kg and 4 kg kit
Consumption:
0.60 m2/kg when applied at 1 mm thickness.
Storage:
Store in original, unopened pack in covered, dry store. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Do not keep in stores with temperature less than +5ºC or more than +30ºC.
Shelf life:
It has a shelf life of 12 months if stored as recommended.

Surface Preparation
The substrate must be clean, sound, free from grease, friable material, curing compound, etc. Dust should be removed by brush or compressed air.
All necessary repairs for wide cracks, degraded concrete, expansion joints, etc. should be made using one of the recommended range of concrete repair products before start to apply EPOFINISH C.
Mixing
Stir the hardener and base separately. Empty the hardener content into the base container and mix the two components thoroughly, till a uniform homogeneous paste is obtained. For perfect mixing, a low speed electric motor attached with a suitable paddle is recommended.
Application
Apply the mixed product using a trowel, scraper or filling knife. EPOFINISH C is a thixotropic workable product which makes it easier to obtain a smooth finished surface. Once the applied layer is cured, abrade slightly and clean from dust using compressed air before applying epoxy coating or finishing paint.
EPOFINISH C is designed to filling pin holes and to reprofiling and leveling irregularities in concrete surfaces prior to applying any epoxy coating system. Application thickness depends on substrate profile. The thickness range will be between 3 – 10 mm.
Cleaning
Tools and equipment should be cleaned with SOLVENTE 10 immediately after use. Hardened material should be removed mechanically. Spillages
should be absorbed with sand or sawdust and disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
Recommendations
During application, wear appropriate protective clothing, goggles, gloves and respiratory equipment if necessary. In case of contact with skin, rinse with water and again wash thoroughly with soap and water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice accordingly.
If ingested, obtain medical attention immediately. Do not induce vomiting.
