Two Components Line Marking Polyurethane Coating for Traffic
A specially formulated fast drying line marking paint that can be applied in one coat for marking lines on concrete, epoxy or polyurethane surfaces. EPOFLOOR LM UV paint is based on Polyurethane.

Stated consumptions data are for general guidance. Actual consumption depends on the nature of substrate, method of application and wastage. In case of use of antislip aggregates, the consumption values for the top coat will be reduced by 15 - 20%.
Storage:
Original sealed kit of Epofloor LM UV has a shelf life of 12 months provided it is stored clear of ground in a dry and shaded place below 35°C. Keep the product in tightly closed containers stored in dry covered place, at a temperature not less that +5°C and not more than +35°C. Under these conditions, the product will have a shelf life of 12 months.

Surface Preparation
The surface should be sound, clean, dry and free from loose material, laitance, dirt, oil, grease or any other contaminants. If needed, wash the surface with detergent and then with clean water. Allow to dry completely before application. Do not use solvent to clean the surface before applying the product.
Mixing
Mix the contents of the container thoroughly for 1 minute before application. Do not add any kind of solvents.
Application
Epofloor LM UV can be applied with brush, roller or airless spray gun. If airless spray gun is used. The nozzle tip of the gun should be from 4-6 mm. Apply the paint with a pressure of 30-40 psi.
Apply Epofloor LM UV at a rate of 5m2/Liter (200 microns wet). If another coat is needed to build up the thickness, then apply the second coat after the first one is totally dry.
For the light reflection, proper glass beads with size.
Cleaning
Clean tools with Solvente 10 promptly before material hardens. Cured material must be mechanically removed.
Do not apply the paint during rainy or stormy weather or when humidity is greater than 80%.
During application, wear appropriate protective clothing, goggles, gloves and respiratory equipment if necessary. In case of contact with skin, rinse with water and again wash thoroughly with soap and water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice accordingly.
If ingested, obtain medical attention immediately. Do not induce vomiting.
