Latex Modified Cementitious Tile Grout for Joints 0-4 mm Wide
A fine colored latex modified powder composed of cement, quartz, synthetic resins and waterproofing additives which when mixed with water, gives a smooth, easily applied grouting mortar with high mechanical resistance and compensated shrinkage.
NEOFIL COLOR 0-4 is produced in a variety range of colors which match all types of tiles.

For different size of tiles or width of joints, the consumption can be calculated using either of the two following formulas:
Formula 1:
W x D x L x 1.9 = Kg. /m²

Storage:
Store in a dry covered place in original well closed packaging.
Shelf life:
12 months if stored as recommended.

Surface preparation
Make sure that the tile adhesive is totally set before applying NEOFIL COLOR 0-4mm grout. The joints must be clean, free of dust. Clean the joints between tiles and brush before grouting.
Mixing
Measure 3.0 – 3.5 Liters of cold, potable water (or GIUNTOLASTIC instead of water as needed) in the mixing bucket and add slowly 10 kg bag of NEOFIL COLOR 0-4mm under continuous mixing till a uniform lump free consistency mix is achieved.
Application
After mixing, let the material rest for about 10 minutes, then remix and spread using a rubber grout float.
Let the product set for about 20 minutes and then clean with a damp sponge. After the complete hardening, clean all the surface of the tile with a dry cloth.
Cleaning
Remove excess adhesive with a damp cloth before it dries. Joints grouting between tiles may be commenced after 10 hours of tiling for walls and 24 hours for floors.
Recommendations
NEOFIL COLOR 0-4 can be harmful to skin as it contains cement powders which may releases alkalis when mixed with water.
During application, wear appropriate protective clothing, goggles, gloves and respiratory equipment if necessary.
In case of contact with skin, rinse with water and again wash thoroughly with soap and water.
In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice accordingly.
If ingested, obtain medical attention immediately. Do not induce vomiting
